    Guidance and Counseling

Career guidance workshops were organized separately for students in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grades offering them the tools and knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

Throughout the year, students sought guidance on a variety of psychological issues, such as exam anxiety, generalized anxiety, coping with exam results, familial conflicts, resilience building, self-esteem enhancement, managing peer pressure, depression, relationship issues, bullying, attention deficiencies, and academic difficulties. The guidance and counselling sessions focused on conflict resolution, psychoeducational support, tailored support for learning disabilities, organizational and study skills, social skills enhancement, interest and aptitude exploration, motivation and confidence building, active listening, and promoting mental wellness.

A dedicated mental health well-being session was conducted for students, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues. These sessions also addressed the impact of excessive screen time and social media on mental health. Students were educated about the psychological drawbacks of social media, the importance of privacy, and the value of authentic personal relationships. They were cautioned against seeking validation through social media and encouraged to form meaningful connections in real life.
